I did it!

I woke up and walked this morning at 5:30am. If I can keep this up for a few weeks, I'll have formed a great habit. I need to stay active even in cold weather. I can't just wait for warm weather.

I need to do this for physical fitness, emotional well-being and mental health. Let's hope I can find a rhythm and keep this up!
